Bad customer service yesterday September 27 2021 after 100 in the afternoon my family and I decided to visit the apartments since we are about to move in the next few months the girl with black hair with a thin complexion and of short stature she did not respond as we said hello she was so busy shopping online that she could not see the computer is reflected in the glass on the side of the glass door as did her partner after standing there for 15 minutes He saw us and he only told us that we were looking we told him that we wanted information about the property and all he did was tell us I only have 3bedroom apartments he turned around and left us standing there HE DIDNT TAKE THE ANNOYANCE of doing anything For his work he offered no information no brochures and no phone number absolutely nothing We are leaving satisfactorily because if that was the customer service when we have not yet rented what will it be later Bad service to the worst nowhere were they so rude to us the intention was to rent for me and my family and recommend families who are looking for a quiet home THANK YOU FOR SERVING US SO BADLY more ... hide ...

I personally have lived here going on 7yrs now Its had its Ups and downs Where ya going to go in this world that doesnt have a mix of the both Its life Ive very much have enjoyed raising 2 of my 3 children while living here Theyve always had fun things to keep us entertained rather it be through the holidays or through the months They do have security that d 2021-09-13T06:08:33Z
I personally have lived here going on 7yrs now Its had its Ups and downs Where ya going to go in this world that doesnt have a mix of the both Its life Ive very much have enjoyed raising 2 of my 3 children while living here Theyve always had fun things to keep us entertained rather it be through the holidays or through the months They do have security that drivers through the complex throughout the night that gives you peace of mind while you sleep The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful Only complaints I can say Ive ever heard other people say would be that they cant smoke in the property or that you have to barbecue in the designated areas which I agree with being were not all as mindful as others and tend to be forgetful Ive seen blackened fences from the grill being too close and tbh Id rather not burn up from irresponsible people And as for smoking people cant find there way to the garbage can for there cigarette butt to go intonThats about all I have to saynThanks J Johnson more ... hide ...

I am sad to even have to give this one star The staff here is incompetent incredibly rude and VERY condescending In trying to introduce my family member into a new phase in their life which is already a sensitive topic in itself we were completely blown away with how unfriendly this location is It took everything we had to get any information and we were told the waiting list for everything would range up to 3 years without the girl in the office even blinking an eye and without any reference material While this information could possibly be true it was the rude way we were told to pretty much get lost We had to ask if they even offer wait lists of which her eyes rolled and she had to grab us an applicationnThe welcome that we received in coming into the office was pathetic The lady didnt even really want to get out of her chair to welcome us and then started telling us random information about the income limit these apartments allow While this information is critical the lady got incredibly rude when we tried to find out how to figure what rent would be She would cut us off and insult us multiple times At one point it felt as if she started to argue with us and talk down to us that she was trying to explain but we werent listeningnThen upon asking about any amenities to this location including transportation to senior center her reply was I dont know and that people might do one thing or another but could not provide us with any solid informationnTo think that my family member in her final years of life would be treated in such a way and also while searching for new ways to live this way of lifemakes me sick to my stomach the way she was treated and I want to warn any other prospective children who think about this as their future home for their parents BE WARNEDnnAny prospective outlook on this new phase in my family members life has now been tarnished and it will take a long while to try and build her confidence up againnIf you want a sample of their professionalism just call and listen to their voicemaildont take my word for it more ... hide ...

My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 35 years It was a really nice little apartment complex A good portion of the residents were long term residents Its super close to a lot of shopping choices There is a CalRanch Arbies 711 Auto Zone and much more within walking distance The Jordan Landing shopping center is right down the road There is a hot 2019-02-24T06:36:35Z
My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 35 years It was a really nice little apartment complex A good portion of the residents were long term residents Its super close to a lot of shopping choices There is a CalRanch Arbies 711 Auto Zone and much more within walking distance The Jordan Landing shopping center is right down the road There is a hotdog on a stick and a snow cone place walking distance during summer Three out of the four Christmass I worked there I had to plow snow twice on Christmas The only time I had to plow twice in a day It would take 810 hours to mow blow edge and clean the planter beds The complex was only about 15 years old so it didnt have to many major problems with it more ... hide ...

The office staff is pretty cool id actually say Eric really tries his best to help so I usually always go to him or the assistant manager Patty Whenever I have an issue and want to speak with the manager about it she seems to never be available or never in the office whenever I stop by I would always get referred to Patty and she would try her best to help 2021-07-01T22:14:11Z
