West valley housing are overwhelmed with few employees trying to do a lot Sometimes having to deal with rude demanding people who expect immediate responses Give them time and when they have a moment of time and if they have a moment of time they will do their best to get back to you Make sure you are calling the right office and or department that w

West valley housing are overwhelmed with few employees trying to do a lot Sometimes having to deal with rude demanding people who expect immediate responses Give them time and when they have a moment of time and if they have a moment of time they will do their best to get back to you Make sure you are calling the right office and or department that would handle your or your families case Make sure that you have the necessary information in front of you Like all medical receipts small ones taped to a page all of them with your info written on it Bring all the paperwork they require of you so you dont waste their time on appointments Making them have to reschedule Taking up valuable time of your caseworker who could use their time calling back the hundreds of calls they get a week We all need to work together to help our caseworkers and to help eachother Remember all our caseworkers want to do is help us lets make it as easy as possible on them so that they dont lose their joy in helping us

my dad lived here for several years before he passed away last month it was always clean and very well taken care of The staff was always amazingly kind to him and he was very happy there thank you Mashell and Connie Im sure there were other staff members as well that I just didnt know

If you are not Mexican do not rent here racist to everybody except their own kind Poor management skills i had 2 floods and nobody even come into my house to look at the damages no insulation at all except for the garage no upgrades in 5 years and i moved into ripped and torn flooring and getting your deposit back well i am still waiting so i am able to mov

Update I did finally get a working dishwasher Also there was a change in management and I am happy to say I have seen a much greater effort to keep the property clean Added some stars to reflect this changennIts pretty bad Ive been waiting for weeks for them to set up the dishwasher since I moved in Sure they mow the grass but there is trash everywhere espec
