I was happy with this propert managment until recentlynThey are in charge of running my community wich is an Arlington Partnership for Afordable housing APAHnSadly these people have become shifty money grubbing snake oil salesmannThey charge for everything i mean EVERYTHINGn1Rent is late after the 5th You put ur rent in a drop box if u come after buisness hoursnI have arrived on the 5th to pay my rentnWhen Ive arrived the door had been locked the lights are outnI put the money in the drop box and the following day 6th recieved a ledger at my door with the addition of 75 dollars late feenn2 This has also happened when the 5th has arrived on a Sunday BOOM 75 DOLLAR LATE FEE even tho i paid my rent on the 5thnn3Ive also had the unfortunate circumstance of not having all of the rent on the 5th like 25 dollars short and AGAIN 75 DOLLAR LATE FEE ON 25 dollars laten5 Ive been scheduled for pest control that ive neither requested or been informed of When i tell them im sick and cant have caustic chemicals sprayed around me repertory issuesn50 dollar late feenAt this point my affordable housing is no longer affordablenThey gouge you at every turnnOh and 24 hours maintenence is a jokenI locked my keys in the house once and called the 24 hour maintenence linen45 hours later my friend i woke up in the middle of the night came with my spare keysnPlease note that he lives more than 50 miles awaynIn no way are these people doing anyone any favors except for themselves my walls are sheetrock wsith 1 coat of paint so they leave dust everywhere and are unwashablenIn no way are these units cheaper than others in fact for the lack of any ammenities they are decidedly market ratenI would be very hesitant to rent from them again and I would suggest anyone looking for an affordable apt in Arlington rent with either Ft Strong or Gates of Hudson more ... hide ...

The apartments are alright since the price is the best in the area for the space and amenities The community is predominantly young families that mainly speak spanish Parking is free but slim pickings depending where your apartment is located You only pay for electric and cable and the units include a washer and dryer There is definitely a trash issue in thi 2018-07-30T21:38:55Z
The apartments are alright since the price is the best in the area for the space and amenities The community is predominantly young families that mainly speak spanish Parking is free but slim pickings depending where your apartment is located You only pay for electric and cable and the units include a washer and dryer There is definitely a trash issue in this community Not enough dumpsters for the number of apartments Often there are trash bags surround the trash areas This leads to a large number of cockroaches and even rats that take over the sidewalks at night If you keep your apartment clean the critters dont come in The people in the leasing office are painful to deal with and do not understand the lease agreement they have you sign I had to explain to the leasing agent the meanings of their TsCs Though there some headaches with this neighborhood the price is unbelievable compared to the other options in the area This is an income restricted neighborhood meaning it is open to any family making less than 165000 per year Perfect for recent college grads Make sure you request all of the necessary paperwork during the application process more ... hide ...

PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HEREnIll try my best to make this brief and to the point You do not want to live herennTo start the leasing office is understaffed and the people that do work there do not care about any type of convenience or resident experiencenEven after leaving this location nearly two months ago my partner has yet to receive his security deposit back and when speaking with the leasing office is met with zero help or guidance as to how andor when he will get his money backnnMoreover within the 6 months my partner lived there the following occurred No running water in sinks or showers for 30 days the one time a staff member did respond to our complaint we were berated and made to seem crazy for asking when we would have water again Large crowds of people congregating on the sidewalks in front of the building day and night no one was ever blatantly rude to either of us but eventually it got to the point where my boyfriend would not let me go downstairs without him for anything Rats just outside the front doors due to garbage build up and on more than one occasion cockroaches in the apartment A private garage with an automatic door that was broken 5 12 months out of the 6 he lived there all visitors will be towednnMost importantly a SHOOTING that occurred right outside the front door at 800 pm on a Thursday evening any review that mentions a shooting is NOT exaggeratingnnWhat Ive left out are the many occasions where the leasing staff would take weeks to respond to emails not answer phone calls and schedule meetings that they themselves would then not attendnnHopefully those looking to live here take a second to consider if these are the conditions ideal for your next home more ... hide ...
