I have lived at this property for a long time it used be the best place to live Sadly now has become the worst because of the terrible service and unprofessionalism of their staffnUnfortunately the new management is very unfriendly unprofessional and rude they have no communication skills at allnThis place could look so beautiful and clean only if they would replace the lighting around the propertynThere are some people that have moved into the property the past few years I dont have anything against nobody but all they do is drink alcohol and smoke marihuana every single day outside in the court yard I am scared to let my children play outside because it has become very unsafenBy the way light bulbs have not been changed in a long time It is so dark at night that is impossible to walk around and enjoy yourself but there are some people that take advantage of this situation to do their business and more Almost every morning on my way to work I find this place trashednAnother thing that really bothers me is the fact that they say they will call you later when you have a work service but they never donAlso I have put work service orders on line but they never come around unless you call them and let them know I dont even think they check the work orders that are being created on linenI have been wanting to write a review for a long time about this situation it is unfortunate that nobody cares or does something about it I had better expectations about this place with the new management but unfortunately things are going from bad to worse more ... hide ...

These are 85 to 90 year old garden apartments built in 1930s They just had a major inside renovations in 2019 They had a older heat pump replacement in all units They are within walking distance to the Courthouse Metro Station The parking regulations for these apartments are very strict
