Beautiful quite clean much space staff is friendly very honest and respectful Love my place The club house is beautiful as well much to do Fitness two pools theater and much more Proud to be Residing here

Nice diverse community of one or two level apartments They have fun community events for the kids pool gym and playground The office staff is friendly Thats very important to me

I live at Wingler House East The apartments are nice and community rooms and garden spaces are beautiful One big problem is that too many of the tenants refuse to wear their masks while in common areas like the laundry room mail room elevators and hallways used by every tenant on a daily basis I have made numerous complaints however the problem still exists and the same tenants continue to refuse to keep the rest of us safe It is a dangerous place for the notsoactive 55 community during this pandemicnAlso they do nothing to mitigate the smoking of tenants in their apartments The halls carpets and paint smell of ashtray and even though I have made numerous complaints nothing is being done to resolve the issuenWalk the 4th and 2nd floor hallway before you sign any lease which promises that this is a nonsmoking facility more ... hide ...
