I moved in a month ago and have been disappointednnIt seems the property has been plagued by construction issues property manager changes no staff to clean the property no maintainence staff and lack of promised servicesnnSimple things like functioning interior air conditioning in hallways and laundry rooms and clean elevator floors and hallway rugs shouldnt

I moved in a month ago and have been disappointednnIt seems the property has been plagued by construction issues property manager changes no staff to clean the property no maintainence staff and lack of promised servicesnnSimple things like functioning interior air conditioning in hallways and laundry rooms and clean elevator floors and hallway rugs shouldnt be too much to ask for a build that just had a grand opening in March of 2017nnThe rent isnt significantly less expensive than non senior places in the area given youre expected to pay for water sewer mostly sub metering fee hot water washer dryer electric cable 30000 non refundable pet deposit non smoking property etcnnI believe joint responsibility lies with local management corporate management and the builder for the issues current residents are having to endure I hope things improve
