You couldnt pay me enough to live here again The roaches alone are horrible despite taking preventative measures to keep them out We did not have them before we moved there This place is infested with them Also after moving out I was told my utility deposit would not be refunded because I hadnt resided there a year but in the lease it does not say I had to be there a year to get my almost 200 deposit back Ill not even go into detail about the bag of methamphetamine my child found in the parking lot the other drug paraphernalia found outside the air conditioning not working the high utility bills the 22month trash collection fee the people living in the woods on the premises the incidences of parents not watching their small children the entranceway door that cut the back of my leg because it is so rusted and so much more This is allaround the worst place I have lived in terms of safety and cleanliness I dont understand how they pass HUD inspections like thisnSome pictures are included to show the roach infestation Not all are pictured Im having trouble uploading the pictures if you see a photos option beside my name tap photos more ... hide ...

Lovely Senior apartments Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge wice maker full size stove w overhead light and exhaust fan double stainless steel sink wsprayer and garbage disposal a dish washer and plenty of cabinet space All apartments are handicapped accessible have nice large bathrooms with grab bars in the tubshower combo and one or 2 two bedrooms Each bedroom has a walk in closet and there is a guest closet in the living room The bedrooms and living room are carpeted and all windows have mini blinds on the windows There are large celling fans to help keep energy costs low plus cental heat and air conditioning Each apartment has a fire extinguisher and overheard sprinkler system in case of fire This Historic Bristol landmark has been converted into wonderful apartments and it connects to the Douglass Senior Center which is next door and offers many wonderful weeklydaily activities A great place seniors to call home more ... hide ...
