I do not recommend these apartments I live here now and it is a experience from you know where from the disrespectful kids to the disrespectful parents of them kids to the loud just inconsiderate neighbors who live over top or beside you seriously loud always traffic I told the rental office about a few issues I was having and nothing was done the rental off 2021-11-02T23:58:38Z

ok so I moved out here only because it was my last option at the timenfirst off they remodeled only the outside to catch people attention but please do not waste your money here The inside of these apartments are a disgrace from the pop corn walls the unfinished painting the cheaply patched up holes in the wall the cheap walmart tile in the floors spiders and ants everywhere the refurbished appliances that dont work the hot water that you never have the work orders that never get done the stupid property managerslets talk about management recently I received a notice of non remediable breach of abandonment for a altercation that involved some Children and a few adults on the other side of the apartments where I do not reside and at the time frame I was at Waterside celebrating a promotion I asked the property manager could I get a copy of the police report she says she dont have one So how did you conclude I was involved So I went to the police station and got the report and guess whatThere was nothing on the police report Ok now I have called management company because at this point Im on fire about such false accusations and slander and yet to hear anything from Burlington capital properties so that shows me that they dont care THIS PLACE IS A PIECE OF TRASH JUST STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY more ... hide ...

My husband and I really appreciate everything that Mrs Ebony has done for us She has always been kind understanding and helpful Anytime we needed something fixed in our home she was right on it making sure we had what we needed If someone is looking for a nice place to be where the office manger has great customer service this would be the place for you
