Put in an application to receive absolutely no follow up or my phone callsmessages returned until a MONTH later Someone answered the phone only one time out of my four calls I requested to be put on the wait list and had to bring them my ssn and some documents I signed their office was locked during business hours also shout out to the maintenance guy that walked right past us and didnt bother mentioning anything about the office being lockedclosed even though he just left it and they still havent answered my email regarding if there was a better time to bring it by Yet I just emailed them before writing this review to ask them to remove me from their waiting list and they emailed me back ok no problem before I even finished writing thisnVery glad that a different place was a lot more responsive and helpful we got taken care of the SAME DAY we applied The complete 180 with dealing with the different two companiesmanagement made me very skeptical of how this place treats their current residents if they cant give potential residents the time of day more ... hide ...
