I lived in this community for 3 years It was the best 3 years ever Courtney is one of the ladies in the office and she has been amazing She is normally the one I have talked to in the last 3 years and anytime I had an issue it was fixed as soon as possible The maintenance men were amazing also Anytime I had an issue they were there helping as much as they co 2019-11-01T00:30:09Z

I have been here going on 5 years No problems other then with management I have been having issues with my air and heating for years It takes them forever to come out because they only have 2 maintenance men And now they use COVID for an excuse They come out and fix and it last for a couple weeks and break again When I put my hand over the vents it would be 2021-06-11T14:08:06Z
I have been here going on 5 years No problems other then with management I have been having issues with my air and heating for years It takes them forever to come out because they only have 2 maintenance men And now they use COVID for an excuse They come out and fix and it last for a couple weeks and break again When I put my hand over the vents it would be blowing out like its just a fan Not cooling or heating They would keep pumping it with Freon but not addressing the main issueMy daughters room is like a freezer in the winter and a sauna in the summer I was told to use the emergency setting on my thermostat which increased my utility billI had to call corporate several times and thats an unpleasant experience as well The unit has been replaced and they still had to come out after the fact Pumping it with more Freon I asked Amanda and Corporate to assist with overage on my electric bill Amanda told me to send me the bills so she could work something out After I sent her responsennThank you for sending these bills However due to the months they were higher winter months this is to be expected We did have your unit replaced and using emergency heat occasionally for the time frame in which you reported the heat and when we were able to replace does not justify us giving any creditnnI Called Corporate I dont know why This is what she sent back nMy regional reviewed your electric account and the account is not in your name of anyone under contract at Salem Fields Due to this we are unable to give a creditnnAmanda BencsnnMy response nnThats my father name who was on the lease before passing and Im an authorized user on the accountnAmanda you are full of it Im not going to go back and forth with you any longer on thisnIt will just become a bigger headache that it already was Its ridiculous that it took years for your company to even get this issued resolved All you can to is be apologetic because thats what you do in customer service If Im averaging 150170 a month with a accurate running system thats fine with me But the unit was faulty and it jumped over the average because I had to use the emergency feature to cool heat my house and thats a problem and Im sure you know that But anyway you have a good evening nnShannon is so pleasant to deal with and does what the property manager should be doing Amanda is in the way always putting notices on the door saying inspection pest control or power washing is taken place on a certain day And it dont happen on that date Im glad I work from home now because now I can see the negligence more ... hide ...

Roach infested homes Multiple neighbors have them and now Ive found one in my home Earth worms under the carpet carpet beetles making the carpet tear apart One neighbor was told to just use raid on the roaches Ive been sending pictures to all my family and friends Dry rot on the outdoor door it will only shut when locked

I recently moved here The process moving in was a little long but thats because they are tax credit homes so the process and screening is a bit more longer than other places I lived BUT makes sense Danielle was excellent communicating and answering any questions I had I didnt like that I couldnt view the home before moving in but I lived with the choice I lo 2022-04-20T22:04:39Z
I recently moved here The process moving in was a little long but thats because they are tax credit homes so the process and screening is a bit more longer than other places I lived BUT makes sense Danielle was excellent communicating and answering any questions I had I didnt like that I couldnt view the home before moving in but I lived with the choice I love the home very spacious Appliances are older but my washer and dryer seems to work fine personally I dont mind the older appliances I think the home should of been better cleaned before us moving in but again I will live I had some maintenance issues that needed addressed ASAP upon moving in and Danielle made sure they were done with in a couple hours of me signing my lease All other issues I had were addressed rather quickly and thats greatly appreciated The maintenance guys are friendly and helpful I love the home and neighborhood overall and Im happy with my choice to move here more ... hide ...
