After Kim and the boy took over as site management it was an awful experience to live therenn1 The boy would stand outside with a few other older tenants and gossip saying awful things not only about myself but some of the others One of the tenants I confronted and she revealed that she had seen my file which holds personal information I only released to the management and myselfnn2 I spent 4 hours cleaning my apartment after I had moved out to insure my security deposit was returned I accompanied the walkthrough and signed a form stating only the carpet shampooing and a reclean of the apartment would be taken out of my deposit When I received my check they had taken an extra 200nn3 I agreed to move out 2 weeks earlier in the month so they could rent the apartment out as soon as possible Kim was supposed to refund me a few weeks of the full month I had paid That never happened and it was impossible to get in contact with her or anyonenn4 Getting in contact with anyone in the building is impossible The only time they call back or call on their own is when it involves a rent paymentnnThe whole experience was uncomfortable aggravating and disrespectful I was a tenant for 3 years and was so uncomfortable I relocated quicklynnI Do NOT recommend becoming a tenant unless you absolutely need an income based place to live Even that is debatable more ... hide ...

Royal arms was one of the best apt complexes im Front Royal Then they put these heartless ppl in there office What they are doing to the tenants now is horrible They dont fix anything I lived there for 10 yrs plus and never had a problem until now Why should you have to go somewhere else to pay your rent when the rental office is on the property For HuD nd s 2018-12-19T15:49:39Z
Royal arms was one of the best apt complexes im Front Royal Then they put these heartless ppl in there office What they are doing to the tenants now is horrible They dont fix anything I lived there for 10 yrs plus and never had a problem until now Why should you have to go somewhere else to pay your rent when the rental office is on the property For HuD nd section8 thats against the law They post papers in the hallway to let you know of rent increase The office is open when they feel like opening Our laundry rooms are disgusting Sewer coming thru the floor when you wash your cloths When my apt flooded i got a fan No rug change nothing and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for what they didnt fix that was 6yrs ago nd til this day no rug change but she charged me for the rug The hallways are dirty nd smell The reason i gave it 1 star is for the good neighbors that have to be there Thank you God for allowing me to still li e after Royal Arms Say what you want about Betty Ahe kept The Arms clean Maintenanced and never had to deal with all the paperwork BS and the threats Cause she knew how to rum it and above all it was about the TENANTS not there pockets 2thumbs down to the Resident mngr Thank you Kelsey for beimg the only good thing there more ... hide ...
