These apartments are the most terrible apartments I have ever lived in I have lived at this resident for a couple years and have a broad view of conflicting issues to tell you These issues include maintenance neighbors and the landlordnTo begin with the state of the apartments are disastrous Security cameras do not work The laundromat is dirty never cleaned takes your money and had a bee hive before I moved out Next the apartmentnThe entire apartment is extremely bad quality Black mold and constant leaks from the ceiling I personally had to call landlords every day for 2 weeks for maintenance to just come in and look at it The sink broke and our entire apartment flooded and the paint on the walls have not been painted in almost 15 yearsnGunshots are heard often as a matter of fact someone was shot in our parking lot In the apartment above us there is a total of 8 people living there 3 children included Noises are echoing and heard everywhere You basically have to whisper to not be heard by all of your neighbors The neighbors are rude and a huge ruckus They sit in front of the entrance door and block it with chairs constantly They constant ask for rides and there are drunks everywherenonly move here if u are borderline homeless and if u have kids u are better off homeless 05 more ... hide ...
