I lived in Cromwell House for over 5 years I left recently because I decided to live with my children in order to spend more time with themWhile I was living at Cromwell House I can say it was an enjoyable experienceThe other residents are very friendly and soon became like familyThe staff is amazingThey also became like familyThey are personable kind hearted friendly and fun peopleThe activity director makes sure that there is something to participate in everydayThey throw parties on holidays and sometimes for no reason at allEveryone brings dishes and its always just a good timeThe activities were one of my favorite parts about living at Cromwell HouseAlso I dont drive so the community bus always came in handyAnd dont worry its totally free of chargeThe bus driver takes you to doctors appointments shopping stores and grocery stores and Tuesdays we go on field tripsI loved my one bdrm apartment which was plenty of space for meI had my own kitchen plenty of closet and cabinet space and also a huge bathroom It was just enough space for me to maintain and didnt have to do too much cleaningIt didnt take very long to decorate just how I wantedPlus my electricity bill was very low not even 50And at Cromwell House you dont even have to pay for cableThey provide it for youI saved so much money living there it was unbelievableAnd there was one time I had an accident and fell and I couldnt get up they have these pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom and they send help for youCromwell House was a very memorable and happy experience for meAll seniors 55 and over looking for a nice place to live CALL CROMWELL HOUSE You wont regret it more ... hide ...

I visited the property today and the property manager was very helpful she answered all my questions and was very professional

Parking was okay Went to a meeting Spacious tidy and well air conditioned room The hallways were immaculateThe appearance doesnt look like a Seniors Apartment However the facility needs a functioning water fountain in the lobby for visitors

I actually live here now this is my second year but I will NOT renew my lease again After the first manager left everything went down hill I feel harassed June 12021 my grandkids and myself was at home my door just opened The office gave my key to some painters without my knowledge That had scared us all They have raccoons in the trash bins and I was told it 2022-03-15T15:32:13Z
I actually live here now this is my second year but I will NOT renew my lease again After the first manager left everything went down hill I feel harassed June 12021 my grandkids and myself was at home my door just opened The office gave my key to some painters without my knowledge That had scared us all They have raccoons in the trash bins and I was told its nothing they can do and they I should take my trash to another bin They kept trying to tow my car Someone stole my decal from the back of my car Yet there is a gray car with a flat tire that hasnt been moved in monthsThe young people parks behind the building Im in leaving trash beer cans etc but they sent my a notice for 25 for a trash bags however it is 4 apartments in this building so how did they decide that the bag belong to me I pay my rent but Im not sure what is the issue with me Next I will be filing a formal complaint more ... hide ...
