Its perfect if you dont mind the RWC Roach Welcoming Committee That NEVER LEAVES Not just one or two roaches EVERYWHERE The apartment was infested with roaches Id turn on the lights and theyd be EVERYWHERE running into all corners From the time I moved in to the time I left roaches was an issue By the time I was done calling maintenance for one thing I had to call them back again for something else Since new management they took FORVER to come to the apartment My baby got heat rash before maintenance can come to the apartment to fix the AC system which by they way I was told needed to be changed and fixed since the year before and still no change When I turn on the heater the alarm goes off had the fire department come to the apartment several times spent nights in the cold in the middle of winter Ive lived better in a 3rd world country If I could go back in time Id find somewhere else Worstttt living conditions Ive ever had This is only a few of many things I can talk about But if you do decide be mindful of the documents they send in error DOCUMENT EVERYTHING even the convo you have in person and over the phone The crookishness is real They basically patched up an old apartment and rented it back When I saw the bad reviews I thought maybe its just people with bad experiences reviewing NOPE the place really does suck more ... hide ...
