This is not a good place to live The rental office is understaffed if they need something from you they put a note on your door at 4 knowing they close at 430 They never answer the phone even though we have been directed to call before showing up They do not call you back in a timely fashion I shave been living here for 2 years and wouldnt recommend this pla 2021-09-17T13:41:43Z

I applied got a call back was told I was approved for a 3 bedroom apartment for March 2021 but I would have to put down a 500 deposit I didnt think anything of it due to my credit background etc but I was told it would be available for me in March I get a call a few days later and Im told that apparently there was a wait list wasnt told that before when I 2021-02-04T02:59:34Z
I applied got a call back was told I was approved for a 3 bedroom apartment for March 2021 but I would have to put down a 500 deposit I didnt think anything of it due to my credit background etc but I was told it would be available for me in March I get a call a few days later and Im told that apparently there was a wait list wasnt told that before when I got the first call and that there was a person ahead of me and that if I put the 500 I would be next on the list the issue is my lease is up in March Im pregnant and due in May and Im not trying to move in April or May knowing I have to give birth Im upset cause no one told me about the wait list before hand and because Ive never heard of an apartment putting down a 500 deposit for a wait list and you dont know when youre gonna move in Maybe next year more ... hide ...

I enjoyed my stay here at Townsend Square Townhomes The actual apartments are a good size for 2 people to live and is adequately layed out even if the living room area is a little awkwardnnThe downstairs area is all linoleum that looks like hard wood while the stairs and 2nd story are mostly carpeted with the bathroom having linoleum tile Linoleum is not my favorite but it is definitely easy to cleannnThe management is kind and easy to talk to and they quickly answered any emails we sent Maintenance concerns were quickly taken care of and always fixednnThey are slowly upgrading the place Just a couple of months ago they replaced all the windows in the apartments with double panes which definitely helped with cooling and heating costnnWe did on occasion have bugs ants cockroaches spiders which a simple email to the management quickly resulted in people coming in to spray After 10 months the only things that persist are the occasional antnnMy biggest complaint is when the weather gets warmer the people living here get loud especially at night even if there is quiet hours laid out in the lease that everyone signs This seems to not be enforced and can get annoying if you are trying to sleepnnJust like any apartment complex your neighbors will make or break your experience I was blessed to have kind neighbors who always said hi when we passed each othernnFrom my experience I would recommend more ... hide ...

We have been living at The Timbers for over 7 12 years now The office staff is friendly always great to help Debbie is wonderful The maintenance crew is awesome very quick We have been very happy here

I cant really comment on much about these apartments because I only did a drive by There was garbage all over the place and the landscaping is not well kept I know the price is low but I dont think thats an excuse to have a dirty complex I will not be staying here

My sisters aptis being worked on by jack legNo water at all tore up her kitchen no stove no sink put carpet over noticeably big humps The apt is a wreck and hasnt had water in days The rent is sky high and now it is not worth it after all she has been thruJUST SAY NO to jack legs
