After living at candlewood for over 5 years today is the day I finally move out First off my experience her has been a personal struggle from day one I live and take care of my disabled mother and I have never stuggled more then when I moved into an apartment ran my Fw management groupnIf you or a loved one is disabled you will find it difficult to live here Theres just no accessibility The bathtubs are to high to get people with poor mobility in and out of and there are litterally stairs to everything so wheel chairs are not an optionnEvery solution to a problem is patch work They cover up blackish looking mold with paint and the inside of the vents are disgusting with black caked dust stained by cigarette smoke Its a miracle that this place is even HUD approved let alone passing inspectionsnOver the years the management has changed rappidly with at least 6 landlords since I moved in They treat you like they are acting out a flow chart and there is little sense of communication save rude letters emails and iremovable stickers on your car windows telling you that if you do not do what they ask your car will be towednThe cable lines are so hacked up that the only reliable internet is dsl The pluming is so bad that water just sits in sinks in till it is plunged out Kids run uncontrolled by their parents around the the place The entire area is over run with forgotten cats I could keep going onnThe bottom line is if you have to live here dont stay longer then 6 months or so yourself a favor and dont live here at all Id give my experience here an over all 0 out of 5 but I have to give it a 1 out of 5 insteadnGod and the devil help anyone who moves into this place because you are going to need a bit of both to get out more ... hide ...
