My family and I lived at Wellington Place Apartments from 20162020 During our time there we unfortunately dealt with mold which was very toxic to my small son as he woke up every night with breathing difficulties as well as my daughter whom had sinus issues everyday I reached out to the office several times about the issue in which they told me to just clean the areas with bleach mold cannot be easily cleaned with bleach as it floats throughout the air smh We also had pest problems we experienced roach issues all in the kitchen and bedroom areas They only came to spray once every 2 months which was a temporary fix for a few days and then they were back again We finally were so ecstatic when we found a new place and moved out in 2020 Keep looking if you are considering moving here especially if you have children more ... hide ...

Ive been a resident for 7 years and the only thing I can complain about is not having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer hook up I moved here from the pines at cold harbor We have assigned parking with vistors spots throughout the complex and on both sides which is more than enough If you get towed its due to someone calling to get your vehicle moved My chi 2017-11-09T18:39:11Z
Ive been a resident for 7 years and the only thing I can complain about is not having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer hook up I moved here from the pines at cold harbor We have assigned parking with vistors spots throughout the complex and on both sides which is more than enough If you get towed its due to someone calling to get your vehicle moved My children are 1 and 7I had both of their parties in our community room which has a 50 deposit you get back after insuring your didnt break anything or leave a mess Ive used it 4 times Our property manager does kid friendly things like egg hunts small halloween parties she even had a petting zoo come On top of that she often does gift card drawings for those who pay their rent early Ive never had a maintenance issue that wasnt looked at in 24 hours They do a annual check on the apartments which that warn about so you can clean your house Monthly they spray for bugs which I love because u never know what your neighbors are doing I honestly do not understand why the reviews are so low when most residents have been here before me if we hated it we would leave I love our team here definitely going to miss them when Im gone more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for awhile now And it seems like were prisoners in our own homes no mats or plants anymore I even sent a letter to who said or they said we couldnt have them This was a very nice a welcoming place when I moved in But not now Very cold now Cant have nothing TV room dont use cafe we cant go and talk to friends
