I honestly had a really pleasant 13 months here The walls are thick and I didnt hear my neighbors much My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool midday by ourselves 90 of the time and its a thousand times cleaner and nicer than any public pool in staunton and the whole area down by the pool was just really relaxing and got us through a truly awful summer We 2022-02-11T05:02:44Z

Awful Just awful Just like the other review said this place is newly constructed but you wouldnt know it to look at it It looks as though its falling apart and the cement on every floor is riddled with stains The elevator is a nice touch but why cant we add cameras There arent any in the elevator nor in the hallways so people get into some shady stuff late a 2021-06-11T01:43:29Z

My girlfriend and I were left in the dark with this apartment for 8 months Lori the office manager was one of the rudest most challenging people I have ever had the displeasure of wasting my time with We submitted an application in September of 2021 got accepted and then never heard from them again Unless we called every day for 2 weeks would they answer the phone and tell us to call back later To which we would but still get no answer I cannot stress how many times we called to get no response They continually give us the runaround using different excuses each time they do suddenly answer as to why we arent able to move along with the process yet again We were told a unit was ready in January of 2022 and in February that we were overqualified AFTER getting accepted 5 months prior and told to wait until they got back to us on how to proceed Then we were told there actually wasnt a unit in late March of 2022 Also that we could come in to redo an application to update some financial material on it since it had been almost a year since we submitted so we could qualify again After 75 months Lori finally sent me her very first email Ive ever gotten from them After previously sending in 30 or so throughout saying that she needed to give a woman named Jennifer our papers still I just am so worn out with this whole experience and want it to end We are currently homeless and have lost the will to continue playing cat and mouse with Lori and the Waterford Village community Im beyond disappointed bewildered and stunned that its been this hard to get in contact with an apartment complex that rents out apartments Its as if they dont want our money or Ive just encountered someone who cares about nothing and needs to be replaced Please for the love of God run fast and far from this place I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy more ... hide ...
