I came here to look at an apartment with a friend It was his first place so I was showing him what to do and look for and such Just general helpful wisdom We arrived a little early for our appointment so we sat in the car We had parked on the right side of the building near the end of the parking lot because the lot was extremely filled near the main lobby While we were waiting for the appointed time we saw a mother screaming at her kids while getting them in her van Nothing out of the normal for an apartment complex Then a younger man parked not far from us but all the way in the back corner of the lot Not long later a middle aged woman approached the car and leaned in the driver door Still nothing too odd about that Then we see her put money in her pocket and she gets in the passenger side of the car to which her head goes from view for about ten minutes and she rapidly gets out the car and walks back in the building sweating with a bright red face The young man drives off soon after I thought surely this is not what I thought it was A few minutes later another car pulls up and parks in the same space and a different woman comes out and does the same I looked at my friend and encouraged him to not live here Any place that allows this to happen especially in broad daylight is a kind of place that will attract the wrong kind of attention I would recommend to this place to get security to patrol or at the very least cameras to help stop this kind of activity from happening It gives your place a bad impression more ... hide ...

I have lived here for almost 5 years and I cannot WAIT to get out of here The past few years have been tolerable at best but this latest management company first communitieshas been the absolute worst Nothing is ever their fault they have an excuse for everything their communication with the residents is horrendous The water bill is paid equally no matter if its one person in an apartment or 10 My water bill has tripled with this new company my latest bill was 140 I am one person who takes one shower a day seldomly uses their dishwasher and tries to conserve water This doesnt include the washing machine thats located in a separate area that people use for their own personal dumpster and the management refuses to clean it out There is currently 3 weeks worth of trash in there see attached picture and Ive seen rodents coming out of there I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live herenAnd of course theyll say they are trying to correct the problems from the previous management thats a big fat lie all the matters I spoke of are RECENT not from a year ago I heard First Communities Management is leaving alreadyGOOD more ... hide ...

Posting this review under my familys name to protect my identity I currently live here and have been since 2019 Once my lease is up Im out I hate this place with every fiber of my being unless its a last resort PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE The property has now been bought my KEV management and they have started to do some great yard work and the made some changes in regards to making payments and also maintenance As the previous reviews say these apartments are moldy and I recently contacted the Health and Sanitation Department to come and inspect my house I have raised the issue multiple times with no resolution Cars are broken into and packages are being stolen by the kids in the neighborhood The previous reviews in regards to management was correct but KEV has done an entire 360 so I will say it has gotten better Unfortunately I have decided that I will take some legal action against Aden Park due to my home technically being considered inhabitable from the excess mold Maybe try in a few years when KEV gets this place together And if you do decide to move here its at your own risk The bugs and mold situation is out of control My neighbor smokes cigarettes and it stains my wall The walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do The conditioned of this apartment when I first moved in was ATROCIOUS I had to manually make repairs to the door and cabine because maintenance refused and when they came it was 3 months later Im literally gagging now from the cigarette smell coming from my neighbors apartment their blinds are so yellow from the nicotine because theyve lived here longer than I have Its really bad here and the worst apartments Ive ever lived in more ... hide ...

My mother has been a resident of over 10 years She is a senior citizen who has put in MULTIPLE complaints of noise between the hours of 10pm and 5 am Nothing has been done The police has been called over 10 times Still nothing If you would like a establishment that cares about your peace I do not recommend moving there

First let me say I have lived here for over 2 years I LOVE living here They are a no nonsense complex Have your stuff together otherwise this is not the place for you They value good residents and it shows We have had a few property managers over the past two years so if anyone reading this sees any reviews from late 2019 to mid 2021 regarding the complex being hard to contact its NOT like that now Let me tell you why Jenny Jenny is the float manager and she is on it Jenny has always been around but never permanent here and while I wish she was I know she is too beneficial to be placed in one spot She is always kind very informative assistive and has a quick turn around on any issue She is a gem of an employee and has for certain made living here the most fluid experience more ... hide ...
