Convenient place to live and to be able to jump the fence on the north property boundary right beside 0 Ave when wanting to visit your local neighboring friends a few hundred feet away from you in CANADA and for them to hop the fence and visit you because going around the long way through customs is time consuming and a pain in the arse

These townhouses are pretty decent kinda weird first apartment ive lived in that doesnt have a dishwasher OR a backsliding glass door they could also use more storage space for their residents inside AND outside thats for sure
