Personally I would never recommend my worst enemy to Kelso Housing Authority cause they will harass you and anybody that comes to visit you and they will stand and listen to you and your company if you have an open window or open door they will lie and make up things to get what they want to have done they do not fix or take care of there properties unless forced to do so they will have people make up stuff to use against people if they do not like you so anyone who thinks about renting anything from kelso housing I will say please think twice before renting from them and if you do rent from them please be careful and watch your back at all times And I will wish you all good luck with them and if I had my choice on rating them I would have given them a defendant 80 on them more ... hide ...

I have known of residents that has lived at Via San Martin for many years I have known that such little complex 4 over 8 years most of the tenants are very kind humble and friendly I know one lady that lives at the complex that makes sells for tamales that are delicious They have a cute park for the children whats the playground and plenty of parking for th 2019-11-05T19:12:47Z

When I lived there they had a Office Lady named Kayla and she slept with the maintenance guy that lived next to me who had a wife and a child She slept with eveyone even tried sleeping with my boyfriend She caused a lot of Drama there with everyone I moved out because after the maintenance guy moved out she took his apartment and made me feel so uncomfortab 2023-01-31T05:06:20Z
