HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Contact Tenant Union Know your rightsnnFor over 20 years we have been under four different managers and have never had one issue As of 2015 the new manager Nui has done nothing but harass residents here of all ages Shes very manipulative and bribes certain tenants to work in her favor I feel punished just going home to visit my family Management does nothing but write excessive notices to residents telling them that they have ignored a new rule when in fact has never been communicated prior to those incidents She DOES NOT follow her own regulations favor other tenants and allow them to be excused while others face consequencesnnWhen residents stand up to her she would turn the story around stating The tenant threatened my life used abusive language and harassed me Please note that 80 of the tenants here do not speak much English nor want any trouble they just want a place to call homennI cannot put into words of how upset and sadden I am knowing how heartless this current management is We look up to them for guidance and safely receiving nothing but insults in returnnnWe endured so much of their ridiculous troubles just simply had enough of it so we decided to relocate For those who are in need of help please contact Tenant Unionnn53118 AddednEDITING after a year and a half of reviewing other posts DO NOT believe in these high ratings posts I am appalled Ive lived here all my life since I was a child and am beyond disappointed by Nui and management You do not treat someone horribly and demand respect in return thats not how it works I guarantee all viewers that these peopleresidents rated her well in exchange for something I was one of the first people who posted here and all these good reviews come shortly after Coincidence I think not more ... hide ...

The 2 reviewers that are posted on this site have never lived at KP Apts I have been there 6 12 yrs it is the worst place I ve ever lived 3 management companies in less than 6 yrs each 1 worse than the last The non profit that owns KP and 13 other properties is from the 7th level of Hell Too much to talk about on a Google review but you dont want to 2022-06-20T22:29:53Z

We recently moved my inlaws into Merrill Gardens Kirkland 82 and 86yearold They are very independent but were seeking more activity and social connections They were nervous about the transition but overall its been great to see them thriving with the additional activity and opportunities to sit and talk with other residents at meals and in the beautiful light filled main floor living room Merrill Gardens Kirkland is an ideal location being centered in downtown Kirkland so that they can take neighborhood strolls or visit restaurants library Marina Park Merrill Gardens has a very warm and supportive staff everyone there is so friendly Monica is a wonderful community connector and went out of her way to connect them to other residents Communication with residents and their families is fabulous and the staff are very responsive to any questions more ... hide ...
