We are in the midst of moving in currently Holly the MGR is very sweet and hard working Management had changed during our transition and Holly bent over backwards making sure we moved in right in time before the first Maintenance man had worked very hard as well spending the night making sure all was done for us for move in I have read a few reviews about the dog droppings and yes I do agree The very first day we moved in we had stepping in piles of dog droppings in our courtyard and our first morning we had been pretty much spoken to in a hostile manner just because we parked in someones space Ladyseriously no need to be rude we just moved in and we didnt know about your space Location is so awesome As for paper thin walls I wouldnt say that exactly I never met my upstairs neighbors but I do know they have toddlers honestly it does not bother me We have to live being too quiet means you are not living Units are so beautiful hopefully Holly can get some help soon poor thing is swamped Overall very nice property I love our location and no mold smell which is answering to some reviews and there are no roaches I am from Florida and have a roach phobia if there were roaches they would all come out at night and hadnt seen not even one So dog droppings yes it is a problem Should totally have dog dropping bag stations on property that is how bad the problem is other than that First few has been great Will send another review in future

I live near this apartment complex and Ive regret moving here since the first night Tenants are always loud rude and obnoxious all day and well passed midnight week nights and weekends We are often woken up in the middle of the night by tenants fighting or partyingor both Parking is a nightmare even in our own driveway Apartment tenants often put their trash

I live near this apartment complex and Ive regret moving here since the first night Tenants are always loud rude and obnoxious all day and well passed midnight week nights and weekends We are often woken up in the middle of the night by tenants fighting or partyingor both Parking is a nightmare even in our own driveway Apartment tenants often put their trash in our cans resulting in the garbage collectors refusing to take them because the added garbage overflows and the lid wont close which is against their policy Animals are attracted to the trash so garbage often is all over yards driveways and the street There are always a pack of kids from the apartments running around in the streets blocking traffic and leaving their toys in the street The kids are also very loud and often get into screaming matches with eachotherand I dont mean just fights literally screaming like banshees for no reason There are a million other reasons not to live at or anywhere near this apartment complex but I think you get the point by now

I put one star cause that is the best way to get noticed I took some time to read through the review about this place cause I am looking for a place to rent It appears most of your low ratings comes from your management team on site They have been there for many years with no improvement and from the last review 2 months ago they are still there Because of these bad reviews mostly do the management team I do not plan on acquiring availability If you want people to stay or even rent a place from this establishment I suggest carefully rereading your reviews get rid of the management bringing your company down email your tenants to get feedback about how you can improve then ask them to leave a review
