Horrible experience I move in and shortly after moving in my daughter starts getting bites later my other daughter sees a bug on her and its a FRIGGING BED BUG Weve never had bugs in our lives So they take over a week to send an exterminator to investigate and as expected theres no evidence of bugs on my belongings but there are droppings on the wall moldi

Horrible experience I move in and shortly after moving in my daughter starts getting bites later my other daughter sees a bug on her and its a FRIGGING BED BUG Weve never had bugs in our lives So they take over a week to send an exterminator to investigate and as expected theres no evidence of bugs on my belongings but there are droppings on the wall moldings near the floor So the bugs were here before we moved in So far Ive spent over 40000 combating them with DT lavender tea tree sonic bug repellents vacuuming laundry steaming ETC just today the exterminators came over a week later Also parking is horrible I can never find a spot anywhere near my apartment I have to park two buildings away usually The kicker is that any cars parked on the property need to have a red parking pass on their mirror when I get home at night OVER HALF THE CARS TAKING UP THE PARKING SPOTS AROUND MY BUILDING DO NOT HAVE THE RED TAG So APPARENTLY the parking policy is not EVEN ENFORCED HERE BUT LOW AND BEHOLD I PARK IN THE ONLY SPOT CLOSE TO MY APARTMENT AFTER GETTING OFF WORK LAST NIGHT AND THEY TRY AND TOW MY FRIGGING VEHICLE FOR IT Horrible place to live bug infested etc if I could get out of my lease I would Soon as its over Im outta here and screw any other properties by Williams investments Im paying over 1100 dollars for a tiny bug infested two bedroom apartment and the neighbors downstairs stink my apartment up with their nasty cooking every single day Ive complained but they do absolutely NOTHING NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

From the moment I moved into this complex when it was first built I have gotten nothing but genuine care and respect Without having any sort of issues Rachel Linda and Rachelle remember who you and your family are You are always greeted with the warmest of greetings and most sincere of smiles The apartments are beautiful and maintenance is unmatched When you put in a maintenance order Abel and Trevor are there quickly and complete whatever the order is efficiently I have yet to wait more than 24 hours for an order to be completed from the time I put it in until the time it was completed and Ive put in a few due to kids haha The apartments themselves are spacious and leaves the ability for creative decorating to truly make it home Overall the Madison Way Apartments are by far the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of calling my home

Poorly managedmanager never walks property to see whats going on Does nothing when complaints are made My aunts apt flooded from the dishwasher the office is closed on weekends and after calling emergency maintenance number she still got no response But when she moved out they had no problem completely overcharging her for cleaning and some other bullshit

Poorly managedmanager never walks property to see whats going on Does nothing when complaints are made My aunts apt flooded from the dishwasher the office is closed on weekends and after calling emergency maintenance number she still got no response But when she moved out they had no problem completely overcharging her for cleaning and some other bullshit things to eat up her deposit The rent may be low but its not worth living there when its poorly managed And lastly the management company cascadian is basically unreachable if you needed to complain about anything When i was able to get a phone number it was answered by an answering machine and calls were never returned A little suspicious to me
