I have been a resident for over 2 yrs And have had a very different experience from what Ive read on here My household consists of 6 anytime weve had a problem in our unit the maintenance team has been very responsive respectful and effective in making repairs As far as noise and kids I havent had a problem with that all of my neighbors have children and alt 2020-01-28T02:08:23Z
I have been a resident for over 2 yrs And have had a very different experience from what Ive read on here My household consists of 6 anytime weve had a problem in our unit the maintenance team has been very responsive respectful and effective in making repairs As far as noise and kids I havent had a problem with that all of my neighbors have children and although temper tantrums may occur its never been anything terribly disruptive to any of us The only time ive had to complain it was addressed very tactfully and both parties were happy with the outcome As far as Ruth is concerned SHE IS AMAZING Yes the application process takes time but she was wonderful in getting us into our unit even with no real rental history She truly gets things done and cares about the residents I am always comfortable with doing business as well as trust her I was living here when somebody threw trash all over like in the pictures ive seen posted and will happily say that whomever posted that seemed to leave out that the maintenance workers started cleaning as soon as they were aware as well as attempted to find out who was responsible and I just want to give my opinion that it isnt really the staffs fault that honestly has happened at every apartment complex ive ever lived at Conclusively I am just sharing that my experiences here have been very positive and my unit is much nicer than anywhere else ive looked in the area in my budget and it is well maintained and our little home we love more ... hide ...

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past 6 months no repair as of yet with a work order turned in You are charged 50month to use their washers and dry 2019-08-29T20:39:46Z
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past 6 months no repair as of yet with a work order turned in You are charged 50month to use their washers and dryers in the unit If you choose not to pay the 50 they disconnect them but leave them in your unit so you CANNOT bring in your own 600 pet deposit 20pet rent but they dont tell you about that until youre signing the lease There hasnt been anyone to maintain the grounds and were all waiting for the property to catch fire No way to contact management after hours or in case of emergency Had to have the police come and break me OUT of my apartment due to broken door mechanism Been calling to have my front door repaired and what do you know no one is answering the phone Not at Outlook and not at Northwood DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE THEYRE BECOMING THE SLUM LORDS OF PULLMAN more ... hide ...

I had a great time living at Northwood Manor A ton of families live there with small kids So if you have a family it is a great place The only reason I am giving it three stars is because of the poor business ethics of Regency Park Apartments who owns this apartment complex I moved out one month early of my lease but continued to pay in full my rent They wou 2018-01-09T17:37:13Z

PULLMAN PROJECTS is what kenwood kennels is rental agent lies and connives to rent apartments Management SUCKS any where would be better then here unless your a drug dealer which they welcome with open arms

Shadowbanning my previous review results in more embarrassing details posted Keep it up by taking this one down and we will keep going further with sharing this experience In addition to what Ruth did below she also made personal comments about my appearance She also made incredibly inaccurate assessments of absolutely everything about my work history ability and potential Im so glad I didnt give them my personal information on a completely unsafe paper form Ruth didnt think it was important to mention to a clearly apparent single mother that child support is included in the income calculation I only discovered this after I looked at the application and had to clearly ask her I asked her for reimbursement of the money order fees for the two payments I had in front of me ready to go based on her faulty guidance Of course she denied providing that reimbursement even though it was her fault for not understanding our situation and providing basic guidelines We are now wasting even more time trying to cash the money orders and at least get that money back You have to do Ruths job to protect yourself here They will blame you when they mess up Ruth blamed me for not understanding child support is included Tim blamed us when he showed us an apt someone else already rented He also disclosed that the previous tenants were hoarders which kept the walls in good shape since they couldnt be accessed due to the stuff piled up Carpet was new but poorly installed with strange bubbles in weird areas We probably lucked out just losing the money order fees but man what a colossal waste of time Better off living in a car by a long shot more ... hide ...
