When I first moved in nine and s half years ago this apartment building was livable The majority of the tenets were happy and we all banded together forming a loose knit family We had potlucks bbqs yard sales and just general get togethers Over the nine and a half years since I have lived here we have gone through five different managers One was embezzling and I wont even go into the rest The only good manager that we have had left because of pregnancynAs tenets we have been promised many things And its not as if the owners are short of monies This apartment building has been fully paid off no mortgage yet when you ask for an improvement the answer is always the same we do not have enough money We were promised double paned windows several years ago We are still waiting You see we live right across the street from a very busy set of train tracks The trains run twentyfour hours a day Incredibly loud and intrusive I was promised laminatesp flooring three years ago I am still walking on the stained carpet that has been in this apartment since well before I moved in We have had several infestations of bugs and generally management has been slow to respond Yes I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and my rent is more than affordable but as a handicapped senior citizen that needs extra caring and help this apartment building has defiantly come up short more ... hide ...

Ive spent ages looking for a small apartment I could afford calling almost daily for a few months to see if they had an opening When one came up they called me and I rushed there with my deposit and info in hand The office people were wonderful We had a lot of laughs Ill be moving in next month

UPDATE NOV 212022nnBeen here 2 years now The apartments are very nice Has been rough getting maintenance to do anything But they have a new person Charles who seems competent The staff are amazing and have ALWAYS done right by my household My only complaint is that a lot of the surrounding community are racists and bigots Very miserable and low vibrational B 2022-11-21T15:24:15Z
UPDATE NOV 212022nnBeen here 2 years now The apartments are very nice Has been rough getting maintenance to do anything But they have a new person Charles who seems competent The staff are amazing and have ALWAYS done right by my household My only complaint is that a lot of the surrounding community are racists and bigots Very miserable and low vibrational But if you stay in your lane its doable to live here Be mindful of who you associate with There is a lot of very miserable addicts alcoholics and mentallyemotionally wounded people here who like to project their pain and insecurities onto others They project via spreading lies and slander Not a friendly community other then 2 peoplenBut this place still has so much to offernAll in all I still recommend living here There are plenty of buses available to get around and a lot of stores within walking distance So this would be an ideal place for people who do not have access to transportation other than their feet and the busesnHopefully this is helpfulnMany Blessings nnI was treated so respectfully compassionately at this place Each staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable And I appreciate the fact that my experience was so smooth and easy going I never once felt out of place or judged All staff was extremely nice friendly helpful The place was clean and orderly Very quiet and serene I would DEFINITELY live here I would DEFINITELY recommend to others to live here So many amazing features that come with this place Apartments are perfect sized Not to big not to small I absolutely love the diverse community Please give this place a chance the bad reviews are older then the dirt in Egypt A lot has changed This place is a diamond in the rough You are right on a bus line that can take you to either SouthHill Transit Station or to the Downtown Puyallup Sounder Station There is a multitude of stores conveniently in the area as well as a plethora of job opportunities right in the area Not to mention a YMCA a block away Im so lucky I found this gem and I hope I can become one of the community soon Dont miss out And stay persistent and proactive with the current waitlist more ... hide ...
