HORRIBLE Cheap but you get what you pay for Management needs to go PeriodnnOnly ONE parking space per unit despite what they say when you apply Guest parking is minimal and unavailable in the evening because tenants use it for extra parking One tenant had parked their broke down vehicle in guest parking while using a handicap space and leaving their assigned space open Multiple complaints were ignored for MONTHS when theres a limit of five days per month to use a guest space nnOffice staff received my Amazon packages on Saturday for some reason when they are normally left in the Hub or by my door I sent my oldest child to get them but office staff said AN APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED and they would not give the packages I called a few minutes before closing and they wouldnt answer the phone normal for them So we were unable to even schedule an appointment to pickup our packages On Monday my husband went to the office and discovered our packages were left outside the office door completely UNSECURED nnNothing is ever done about older teens on the property who harass and bully including harassing adult tenants Nothing is ever done about their contractors who damage residents vehicles either happened to us twice And office staff charges fees to the tenants when the dumpster overflowsnnShanta is THE WORST property manager I have ever seen constant mistakes doesnt do her job and can barely spell in mass emails she sends out completely unprofessional She also shows FAVOR to certain tenants and has said we are on a waiting list for a covered parking space for over FIFTEEN MONTHS A tenant who moved in AFTER us was given an assigned space AND a covered space when they are in a one bedroom apartmentnnSecurity is nonexistent Only good thing Ive seen is they do regularly pick up garbage on the property which they used to not do Previously I informed the office of broken glass on a fire extinguisher and the maintenance guy stopped by and dropped a facemask on it then left it for a week until I called AGAINnnEverything others have said about the application process is correct too When we were APPROVED we werent allowed to move in for another two weeks Very stressful when you are houseless and waiting to move in nnOh yeah TWICE theyve given me paperwork for OTHER UNITS with their detailed ledgers attached Pretty sure thats a privacy violation Who knows who else got MY paperworknnAVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have lived here for 3 12 years and still happy to come home The grounds are always well cared for and welcoming The staff especially Johnny are always friendly and helpful A nice quite place to live that is in convenient walking distance of the stuff I use
