I personally would not go back to live at this specific apartment complex for few reasons The management is on the slow side when it comes to responding to any type of request you may have and one they do respond it takes some time for the request to be met Inside of the units some of the things like cabinetsdrawers are not leveled look like they may fall at

I personally would not go back to live at this specific apartment complex for few reasons The management is on the slow side when it comes to responding to any type of request you may have and one they do respond it takes some time for the request to be met Inside of the units some of the things like cabinetsdrawers are not leveled look like they may fall at any time that also applies to the balcony which is actually very scary and a serious situation if you think about it And then theres the overall cleanliness of the building maybe its because there were a lot of youngins living there but there was always garbagetrash throughout the buildingfloors and parking lot Some stays there for days sometimes weeks so it could also be a housekeeping thing too My experience could be majorly different then someone elses but it is my experience after all

I live at The Reserve at SeaTac I love my apartment however parking is hard at times if you come in late or too early and the hallway always smell like the garbage shute I am concerned with the number of young people trying to get into the building claiming they are visiting Aunts and Uncles Nice events a lot our during the day and I work so I miss a lot

I live at The Reserve at SeaTac I love my apartment however parking is hard at times if you come in late or too early and the hallway always smell like the garbage shute I am concerned with the number of young people trying to get into the building claiming they are visiting Aunts and Uncles Nice events a lot our during the day and I work so I miss a lot Good Fellowship with neighbors and nice area to mix and mingle I was very disappointed with the parking lot during the snow No effort was made for the safety of the residents except a sign There is snow and ice in the parking lot be careful

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Comprehensive list on why I hate Corinthian Apartments managed by Allied Residentialnn Application process took over 5 weeks should have taken that as a red flagn Office answering machine is never checkedn Office hours are inconvenientn 247 emergency line is never answeredn Due to construction parking is limited We have to park at the lightrail walk to our cars even though we pay 15mo for parkingn We parked in someones spot once got towed for 400n We cannot tow someone out of OUR spot we need the offices permission This car was there for 48 hrs but what about when WE got towed The office thought our car was stolen Theyre willing to save everyone the cost of towing BUT us No reimbursement Unequal treatmentn We cannot tow someone out of the fire lane VIOLATION OF FIRE CODEn Our pipes cant possibly be up to code water doesnt run properly in the bathroom Called a guy up here to fix it Now theres water damage under the sink I had to throw away toilet papern WATER SHUT OFF WITHOUT NOTICE Several instances where we were notified but this particular morning I had to finish getting ready with bottled water from the fridgen New windows are drafty even the bedroom is a noticably coldern Construction crew doesnt clean up They leave garbage glass anywheren The grounds are not kept random shopping carts everywheren While they were repainting the hallways the fire alarm went off my door was plasticed over VIOLATION OF FIRE CODE Caused me to have a panic attack and Odin doesnt like alarmsn Management treats us like 2nd class citizens understatementn New bathtub caulk is crackedn COCKROACHESnnThey know I have a service animal for my anxietydepression The STRESS of living here is not worth the lowincome rent paynTHEY ARE COSTING ME MONEY peace of mind I am getting out of here as soon as I find another place

The staff members are extremely nice easy to talk too very cooperative and there to work with you I have a lot of respect for them Excellent place to live very clean there is play ground for kids to play at Rent is very reasonable for the area The place is filled with all kind of people from different countries and filled with cultures You can walk to the airport train station bus stop and nearby stories There is nearby schools churches and mosques within walking distance I used to live there I love it so much I still come around there are lots of people I know there My uncle lived here for about 20 years He just moved out this month because of health conditions has to stay somewhere else otherwise he would stay His heart is here at this apartment he wants to come back live here He always call it my home He will surely miss his apartment the staff and the people there
