I had Roaches and bedbugs galore and I keep a clean house Immaculate with daily vaccuming and dusting When I signed my lease I was promise quarterly bug inspections maintenance but never once In the 5 years I lived there saw anything like that happened The management is absolutely terrible They gossip about you openly to other residents They will not return 2022-10-14T00:52:39Z

I love boutique hotels but this one disappointed Beyond location theres not much going for the Palihotel Our rooms werent ready for over three hours after checkin There were so many people waiting the lobby had no seating left so we were left wandering the streets for several hours which was hard on my 70 year old parents after traveling all day I used the restroom off the lobby while we waited for our room and this is where I started noticing some red flags The bathroom wallpaper is white and yet its completely yellow around the toilet really disgusting The walls around the toilet in our room were also splattered and clearly hadnt been wiped in a while We had two rooms both were King Studios but when we finally did get our rooms we got our room close to 9pm they appeared to be two totally different room levels My parents had a large seating area while we had a little loveseat It was disappointing to pay the same price as them when our room wasnt at all comparable to theirs The street was noisy but its downtown and they did have ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room so that wasnt too badnnI understand they were dealing with staffing issues when we checked in but it was handled poorly Instead of checking people in as rooms became ready they checked in all the waiting people at once So after waiting several hours for our rooms to be ready we had to then wait even more as 20 people tried checking in at once Again there wasnt even enough seating for us even though there were plenty of seats in the closed restaurant which I feel shouldve been offered as a waiting area for additional seatingnnIt was a disappointing stay all around at this hotel While staffing shortages can explain the late checkin I still cant understand how everyone on the staff here can ignore all the urinesoaked walls more ... hide ...
