Good building terrible property management companynnIn my experience with Redside they proved to be dishonest irresponsible and negligent in everything they donnIn my time living in one of their properties they failed to inform me of all rules until after I signed the lease They did several extremely loud and disruptive construction projects without giving any notice about what would be going on nor did they offer a rent reduction When I started asking questions about when I could expect the project to end and why I wasnt given notice to make alternate plans the Redside director Ryan Roeter tried to say that I was given notice despite that never happening They also told me when the work would be done but the work was not done by those dates not even close They were literally taking an electric saw and loud hammering to the floor in the unit directly above me It interrupted every single one of my work meetings and the vibrations from the work literally shook my computer as I worked on it Why they couldnt have just given me proper notice is a mystery to me but it shows how careless dishonest selfish and irresponsible they arennThe building manager Tara McNulty was also less than helpful It took her almost one year just to put my name on the building call box Both Tara and Ryan would take multiple days and sometimes weeks to respond to my emails or did not respond at all Tara was seemingly never present and available to help I only asked things of her 2 or 3 times and each time she was either out of town or spewing some excuse about why something was taking so long When I had a faulty window and asked management to fix it as it was the only barrier between my bedroom and the public sidewalk they fixed it and told me It will work if you dont touch it The window was never truly fixed and never workednnI was always polite and truthful in my communications with them and I dont know why they had to lie so often Redside Partners is your typical soulless dishonest irresponsible property management company and they are another example of why landlords are universally hated more ... hide ...
