I am not a person that typically writes reviews but I think that this building and the staff here honestly deserve it I have lived here for 4 years and the studios are spacious and have a different layout then the normal apartment you would find in the city There is a nice courtyard that is well maintained due to new management in the last year I recently just had the maintenance guy Fransisco fix things up in my apartment He is the first maintenance guy in 3 years that has done work for me in the apartment like he said he would I am grateful I always see fransisco early in the morning when I head out for my run and it always takes me by surprise to see him bright and early before 7am if thats not dedication I dont know what is I also want to mention the property manager Paige is the most handson and friendly landlord I have had at this building and believe me weve had a lot Not only has she stuck around longer than anyone in the past she really does everything she can to make this a nice place to live for the people that live here In the past the managers here will treat you like dirt acting like they dont have time and are annoyed when you ask for something but with Paige she is always happy to see you and always greets me by name even though weve only met a few times I brought my concerns to her about the promissory apartment fixes I had been waiting on and she acted so quick I am happy to call Ellis Court home and I will continue to be tenant as long as Fransisco and Paige are here more ... hide ...

It is not appropriate to live in this place It is not clean There are Bed lice in the building I lost 5000 on my furniture due to insects in the building I was hospitalized because of insects My house was stolen It is not safe in housing and the service is not good The worst service and manager is not nice and does not respect others This is the sadde 2020-06-17T20:51:18Z

Would be a nicer place if the seniors would be kept safe from the mentally ill they house My mom loves the amenities here and her apartment but has had a few bad experiences with mentally ill tenants and theft
