The apartments here are filthy and NOT secure Supposedly only people who have keys can access the building but it does not seem like itnnThe shared laundry area is gross and most washingdrying machines are often broken If you leave your clothes or laundry stuff just be aware that it can be stolennnManagement Eugene is horrible and extremely unprofessional He

I would give this place a 0 but u have to mark something I lived in these apartments from Sept to may and I got married the manager there refused to put my husband on my lease When we first moved in she stated he could live there as long as her boss didnt find out Well when she got a new assistant she decided he could no longer live there and told me to move

I would give this place a 0 but u have to mark something I lived in these apartments from Sept to may and I got married the manager there refused to put my husband on my lease When we first moved in she stated he could live there as long as her boss didnt find out Well when she got a new assistant she decided he could no longer live there and told me to move out or take an eviction notice She told me my deposit would cover rent for may and that I did not have to pay for cleaning because of the condition of the apartment when I moved in Now they got someone in that apartment in June and are charging me for rent through july This place is a joke Im 22 years old and they are screwing me over
