The apartments in the senior and disabled building a one story building are each unique no two the same The building has had some major settling due to it having been swamp land at one point in time Unfortunately the repairs needed for these issues have been slow in coming In my apartment the sliding glass door had a gap of up to 13rd inch Thats huge While I was told that it would be replaced right away upon move in it took 7 years My power bill was cut by 13rd when it was finally replaced I must also say that the landscaping is not well kept at all Now all that being said its a great community and there are many stronger reasons to keep it here than not more ... hide ...
