These apt are about the lowest this area goes They are located in a wonderful affluent community but there affordable for folks that can afford 1200 give or take rent That dollar amount is at a lowest price point for the area The apts like most older apts have alot more space then newer apts but there are sacrifices you have to make The apts are old and outdated The fridges are old the cabinets are old the outside stairs are old looking I noticed non of the outside building lights that illuminate the bottom part of the stair case are lit When its dark it truly cant see the bottom 3 steps Not safe and such an easy fix but would it cost the apt Owners more in electricity yes They are however fixing and updating the apt The back decks wore out and they spent summer 2021 replacing them The diffents culdesac groupings have a large fenced garbage area but that brings alot if the large crow population in the area to then structure Lots of kids run around if I was a kid again Id be happy there as a parent I couldnt handle the risk of my child getting hit bay a car They play in the culdesacs and apt streets There are however green belts and a big toy area to play at The property is located right next to a autobon society park swap so in the winter the grass and surrounding area are sopping soaking wet You must stick to the side walks or your feet will get wet There is a pool open in the summer time with no guard on duty FYI The best thing about these apt Is the school district its in Many folks live here for that fact alone Thats why my daughter lives there University Place school district is the best public school in the county Well funded well staffed winning sports teams everything you can hope for in a school My family has been attending the UPschools for 3 generations now more ... hide ...

These apartments are nice dont get me wrong And i am thankful i was able to get into these while i could due to being homeless But the landlord is absolutely horrible She lost paperwork for one of my jobs from a year ago and just recently sent me a letter saying they found aomething and that if i dont fix it then it looks like im commiting fraud So i go in a 2019-09-10T23:30:10Z
These apartments are nice dont get me wrong And i am thankful i was able to get into these while i could due to being homeless But the landlord is absolutely horrible She lost paperwork for one of my jobs from a year ago and just recently sent me a letter saying they found aomething and that if i dont fix it then it looks like im commiting fraud So i go in and talk to her and she tells me oh yeah I remember doing that with you i just forgot and didnt file it but sense we dont have it i need you to get this info for me Plus on top of that the landlord moves in all her friends and family and they all think they run this place I am literally afraid to even take my daughter to the bus stop due to my landlords family and friends Her mother even harrasses me off of the property It was my daughters first day of school and as we walked passed her she leaned in to cough on me and my daughter and kept walking They watch me when i get into my car or out of it They watch me if i have guests over They watch me and my family when we are outside Oh and not to mention my apartment is still not finished from the water leak they fixed or the hot water tank they replaced Just be aware of this landlord she is fake and lies She will also write you up for parking in backwards but will do it herself everyday Im not the only tenant having issues with her and her friends and family Something NEEDS to be done about this landlord more ... hide ...

This is a great looking apartment community in University Place Floor plans are very spacious that includes a full size washer dryer Love the location
