Management doesnt take residents concerns into consideration Needs major renovations but the manager wont work to get them done This place has become a big mess over the years A big percentage of residents are Hispanic and the manger doesnt speak Spanish Therefore a lot of residents dont have a voice because they cant simply call up management to voice there concerns This place needs new management thats bilingual so theres no miscommunication and a new management team thats eager to start making a change Management took out a park where the kids would play and never replaced it Its been just a box of bark chips for about a year or more The trees are so outgrown that one of them broke in half and managed to land on a car and in the process injured a kid of about 10 years old The roofs have been in need of new roofing renovations and management doesnt seem to care about the health of residents There have been multiple reports of mold growing in bathrooms and bedrooms from residents for months and still nothing has been done more ... hide ...
