Every time Ive visited Charleston Arbors it has been clean The apartment I visit is cozy making me want to live there if I didnt already have a home Person I visit had no complaints Says maintenance is quick to fix any problems I see people under shade trees talking and smoking Grass is kept neat I know one animal is allowed which is comforting

This place is becoming a druggie hangout Partying tennants are now being rented to and management wipes their hands of everything Cigarette smoking in the common areas is rampant and secondhand smoke is a huge problem The poop factor is high in the fields and yards because tennants dont clean up after their dogs Kids are out of hand and are defacing cars on 2019-01-09T14:42:48Z
