I was a resident at bolivar for a few years and for the most part they were great The appartments are decent size for the rent and Penny was a good appartment managernDownsides to living here was that my unit had multiple different problems So many times I had problems regarding the unit and I would get a response from the 2 new managers Penny left and was 2022-08-06T07:48:28Z
I was a resident at bolivar for a few years and for the most part they were great The appartments are decent size for the rent and Penny was a good appartment managernDownsides to living here was that my unit had multiple different problems So many times I had problems regarding the unit and I would get a response from the 2 new managers Penny left and was replaced by 2 other ladies saying that Maitnence would take a look at it and at times I would go months without maintnence showing upnAnother issue is the pest control Every 3 months there would be pest control and if you were not ready when the time came or if you missed a month the new managers gave a snarky attitude as if they were better than youthey just had that attitude all around when it came to itnI have also talked to tennats from other appartments that the 2 manage and I have been told they slack off there as well they go to schedule inspections at the other appartments but they never show upsimilar things happened to me where I would work my schedule around thier needs but it never payed off causing me stress just by living therenUltimately the new managers are why the appartments have a 1 star rating they are bad at communication they have a hard time sticking to schedules they previously set up and they feel as if they are more important than the residents that live in the appartments more ... hide ...
