I had to do a star just to make a review This place of business in my experience has been so unprofessional They took over my property for the landlord but the landlord still is in control My maintenance order has been in the system twice and still havent been contacted or fix I feel they are trying to get out of my home Ive live in my house for 4 years And 2022-08-26T21:22:53Z
I had to do a star just to make a review This place of business in my experience has been so unprofessional They took over my property for the landlord but the landlord still is in control My maintenance order has been in the system twice and still havent been contacted or fix I feel they are trying to get out of my home Ive live in my house for 4 years And I feel they dont care too much for me and my family Made a over payment on my rent and they refuse to refund Told me they would type up a letter with that statement I ask for proof in their policy They have been very disrespectful unpredictable and I feel they are against my color of skin My new neighbors are white and within days of them moving in they had maintenance over there houseIm still waiting on my order to be done But the landlord said I thought the repair was for something that we already fix Why would I send in a new order of something that has already been fix I even sent a picture attached to the order But the office says its up to their boss the landlord to deal with my maintenance order A fix hinge on a door Landlord that has became a so unacceptable and want to be on their own time And I pay my rent on time every month They make me feel like they get to me when ever they want to Landlord wants to build something new on this property But until I move out they will do the least of expectations more ... hide ...

Management is great You see the manager and maintenance always walking around Last place I rented I NEVER saw the manager I havent had any issues in my 4 years living here I also pay my rent on time and try to follow the rules My only complaint would be the trash compactor but management does a good job keeping up with it I would happily compact my trash but 2021-01-27T18:50:52Z
