My experience living there was terrible they want you to pay your rent on time but cant fix the broken things in your house on time The maintenance all seem to be very flirtatious They do that more than their job The pool is forever closed and the workout area is forever broken Your paying so much for so little Bad service Many people has taken them to court 2019-01-11T23:13:00Z
My experience living there was terrible they want you to pay your rent on time but cant fix the broken things in your house on time The maintenance all seem to be very flirtatious They do that more than their job The pool is forever closed and the workout area is forever broken Your paying so much for so little Bad service Many people has taken them to court for the things that goes on there and how they try to get over on you instead of fixing the problem When I stayed there I have had 2 new sets of new residents in my hallway since Ive stayed there and I only finished out my lease which was only a year and 2 months Terrible service terrible place beautiful if your on the outside looking in nice area but other than that I would recommend people not to move here Youll do so much better on the street because living there will make your situation worse than it already is more ... hide ...

Today I applied for housing at Green Court It was a wonderful informative pleasant experience thanks to Eric the manager He patiently answered all my questions and I can sense that he truly cares about the tenants and the property The grounds and common areas were very clean including the model unit I viewed And the tenants I encountered were friendly I look 2020-05-29T21:56:49Z

I wasnt very pleased with living here I lived here from the grand opening which was 2012 all the way til 2016 I was extremely dissatisfied neighbors are very nosey minding their own business seems to be very challengingthese apartments have became a hot ghetto mess and leasing office is very unorganized unprofessional I would never move here again if I could 2017-10-04T22:52:51Z

Horrible place to stay People are nosey in this building The manager Peggy had no respect and doesnt know how to talk to people This isnt the place for your elderly person to move too
