New tenants beware Honestly the price and location are fantastic The building and structures are dated They dont keep up with it Which is all still fine Now living here in the winter months we are realizing there is absolutely NO UPKEEP Until well after any issue The past few storms Not a single thing was done for almost 24 hours Have a job You are sol be 2019-02-20T21:52:10Z
New tenants beware Honestly the price and location are fantastic The building and structures are dated They dont keep up with it Which is all still fine Now living here in the winter months we are realizing there is absolutely NO UPKEEP Until well after any issue The past few storms Not a single thing was done for almost 24 hours Have a job You are sol because you wont be in a condition to leave the property After numerous complaints they finally salted Almost 20 hours after a storm and several inches down after their first sweep they still havent returned Outside of winter months it is a fantastic place to live But beware This isnt a joke The amount of frustration you will have during this time will amaze you The whole place is an ice rink Fall down and hurt yourself They still wont come Its like they are asking for a lawsuit Working with the management team is subpar You wont see any snow removed or salt dropped until after 1 pm So be prepared to have the worst time trying to get to work more ... hide ...
