Had to wait at least 6 months before I got one of the 40 parking spaces for 66 units Our community room computer is about 10 years old and our manager purchased a new internet service that is so bad it doesnt even pay to try and use the amenity The white wrought iron railing is now rusted and our professional maintenance man tried to spray paint it on a windy day but just the inside part and not the outside He is also the one that when the sprinkler system went off at 2am pummeling my bedroom window like a machine gun he put a bucket over it to fix the problemthe same one also came to my rescue when I had accidentally dropped a votive down my garbage disposal His answer for this was to go ahead and grind it all up and let it go down the drain Management offered to install at no charge ceiling fans in our bedrooms but the catch was we would have to purchase the fan around 100 and leave them in the apartment upon vacate I have a cracked upper kitchen counter that SHOULD have been replaced before I moved in 3 years ago but the manager refuses to make the repair so I keep it covered up with clutter so my guests wont see the crack Windows and patios are never cleaned and in fact I had to pull teeth to get my blinds cleaned a year after I moved in because there were orange stains on them I was told this is an active over 55 community but if you dont have an oxygen tank a wheelchair or a walker you dont belong here Now they want to raise my rentwhy For what improvements Or is it just because across the street the brand new apartments are expensive Ill give my notice to vacate sooner rather than later cuz Im fed up with being put off and lied to more ... hide ...
