When we first moved in we had to write out any issues we saw with the apartment so we would not be charged for them Our outlet was broken and when I asked them to come fix it they tried to blame it on us and said it wasnt on our sheet They called me a liar and would not listen to me while the maintenance guy made up whatever lie he felt like Now we need them 2022-02-01T16:43:36Z
When we first moved in we had to write out any issues we saw with the apartment so we would not be charged for them Our outlet was broken and when I asked them to come fix it they tried to blame it on us and said it wasnt on our sheet They called me a liar and would not listen to me while the maintenance guy made up whatever lie he felt like Now we need them to fix something again and its such hassle I would rather just fix it ourselves or deal with it Maintenance doesnt listen or believe you when you tell them things Then they complain about having to do it and try to charge you for everything The girl on the phone is awful to deal with as well She is always rude and angry Got mad at us for not be home on a Wednesday afternoon so they could come in and fix something We work of course we wont always be home And they wonder why theres so many bad reviews listed here and why people dont want to fix their stuff They care more about profiting off of you then actually trying to They really make me regret leasing here If you move here just hope that you never need anything fixed There are many things wrong with this place and I wish I had read the other reviews more carefully before moving here more ... hide ...

I first want to thank Sean for all his help in trying to get me and my husband a apartment at Regal Point But I would like to say I thought we were done with the color race I applied for a apartment at Regal Point me and my husband paid 40 dollars for the screening process and it went through Carolina showed us the apartment and I promise you me and my husband Did Not get out the parking lot fast enough before they sent me a a email stating that our application was Denied because it wasnt complete I thought we were done being prejudice in this world But Sean called and fixed everything but because they have to pull up the carpet the rent went from 1505 to 1585 shaking my dam head But I would like to thank Regal Point for the turn down Because God put me and my husband in a 2 bedroom Townhome in Stationside Village where I wanted to stay anyway more ... hide ...
