This place is a scam They calculated my rent wrong when I moved in and instead of owning up to it their doing anything to get me evicted They told me to hold off on Junes rent till the end of June to see my income then 3 days later I get a letter stating I never paid Junes rent yet Oh I never told u that Counting sporadic income that states in their handbook 2017-07-09T00:31:50Z

Bluffview Apartments is a nice complex Ive lived in worse conditions The one bedrooms are a bit small and some of the kitchens including ours are designed very oddly Theres no room for two people in the kitchen They use some cheap stuff in the apartments seemingly hoping it doesnt break We live in the third floor Over the early summer there was some flooding 2013-03-20T15:08:23Z
Bluffview Apartments is a nice complex Ive lived in worse conditions The one bedrooms are a bit small and some of the kitchens including ours are designed very oddly Theres no room for two people in the kitchen They use some cheap stuff in the apartments seemingly hoping it doesnt break We live in the third floor Over the early summer there was some flooding of the basement But once again they were there immediately to help and fix that problem I believe this was their first or second year after obtaining this place It used to be a hotel old folks home So theyve done some debugging and overall theyve been greatnnThat being said The maintenance guys are friendly and come around within the next day Our sink broke and he came in and fixed it the next day They put in a new air conditioner for us as well No questions asked There was also a small fire a smolder in the downstairs exit due to some electrical wiring The fire dept responded fast and the maintenance guys fixed it within a weeknnSome of the tenants are creepy As my girlfriend and I walked in one night a drunk guy came up to us in the building and started asking us questions about who lived there My girlfriend also said that another tenant there looked at her kinda funny Thats what you get when you live in an apartment complex thoughnnGood water pressure and heat Dishwasher works Free heat Very warm this winter Summer was blistering though and the only ACs are the wall units Its quiet The walls are thick and I havent ever heard anyone next door Theres a gym with 3 treadmills 2 bikes 1 elliptical At this time there are some washers and driers to be used for free Unfortunately when they rennovated the gym they put in coin operated laundry I think they will be transferring over to this entirely which sucks But the tenants here like to remove your clothes from the drier before its done anyways so forget thatnnThis place has a great location in my opinion Right next to an auto parts store Subway a bar lol and a gas station Kwik Trip and Burger King are a short drive away Walgreens is a short walk away Good Will nearby too Plenty to spend your money onnnOverall I give this a 610 Its good Not the greatest but thats not to be expected Its quiet the maintenance rocks Centrally located Plenty of parking They allow catsnnHope this helps more ... hide ...

Just seeing the photos from the website the use of cheap wood cabinets the same style used in other cheap apartments gives a sense of cheap housing Even the wood floor base trim needs to be taken out Worst apartment decorating job
