Been here for four years and we have gone through an endless amount of maintenance and management Currently our property is without a manager and maintenance man I have watched this property slowly turn upside down I needed paperwork from management for the IRS which she stated would be given to me within two days its been three weeks and no returned phone calls I was assaulted by another resident in which I wanted to also let management know and no one is here to talk to These same tenants are the reason why my friend moved last year because one of the tenants choked my friends son They were never evicted and the cops gave them a slap on the wrist I proceeded to then let our old maintenance man know so he could point me in the right direction on who to speak to and because he tried to help me he was fired Now I have to be concerned for the safety of my children myself and my propertynThere is garbage all over the property garbage men wont even put the bins back in the gates because of the garbage all over the ground Some of the units have mold in them and they arent getting fixednThe upper management has no idea what goes on in these grounds because they dont come to this property they dont talk to the tenants To me we are just a paycheck to them Im beyond disgusted at how far down this place has come more ... hide ...
