Horrible place to live because of the management team They are very inconsiderate and purposely put tenants at inconveniences They dont care what you have to do or how something affects you as long as they do what they need to do We have multiple ceiling leaks in our apartment throughout our 3 year stay here our neighbors are EXTREMELY noisy and Parkview has

Horrible place to live because of the management team They are very inconsiderate and purposely put tenants at inconveniences They dont care what you have to do or how something affects you as long as they do what they need to do We have multiple ceiling leaks in our apartment throughout our 3 year stay here our neighbors are EXTREMELY noisy and Parkview has done nothing to fix either of those problems though we have asked them to They also keep forcing us to do random bed bug inspections which is not easy to get your house up to par for that kind of inspection on short notice but they dont care They give us a long extensive checklist that has to be done which includes moving everything in your apartment to the center of each room It is only my sister and my niece in our apartment and we both work full time and we are in college so completing that list of requirements on a school night is next to impossible It puts so much stress on us and we have expressed that to management but as I said before they dont care about their tenantsnThe security here is horrible and rude One security guard knocked on my door at 10oclock at night on new years eve just to say he thought he smelled marijuana in the hallway and he was very rude to me and it also wasnt the appropriate time for a visit Me and my sister do NOT smoke at all so this was uncalled fornOn top of all that our rent goes up every year

Have been here for 4 years and I love love love it here The area is beautiful with amazing schools in the area Its peaceful and I havent had any issues that were not common apartment issues my entire stay here If they had units with more bedrooms I would stay here forever

I lived here for a year the 2nd week I moved here my house was broken into took all my TVs and electronics all management did was put sticks in my windows did not feel safe at all plenty traffic on 12 street across the street at that liquor store and the houses need camera and lights on the property at night I know its not the office fault th houses they s
