The landlord here is comfortable to sign a lease with I moved from another state and never even saw the place before I moved in but the past few weeks have made me truly grateful I have decided not to live here anymore for several reasonsnnI held the door open for several movers bringing in a mattress for another resident over several weeks ago The resident did not throw away the large box it came in and left it in the parking garage After 2 phone call attempts and an email from the landlord in their defense I was tied up at work those 2 days and out of touch I received not even a question but an invoice for the boxes being broken down and a note to me and the rest of the residents in my building about the importance of throwing away your garbage Because I helped these people in and they got it on camera it was automatically my responsibility without question even when it wasntnnI have asked for proof within the lease if its there I take the blame but my apartment was shown to potential residents I put in my 60 day notice several weeks ago while I was gone without my verbal written consent or even a phone call I received an email from the landlord thanking me for showing it the day I got back into town after being gone for a week I then found a note stuck under my door on a Tuesday for a Thursday showing the same week Whether it was signed for or not it felt invasive and uncomfortable that not even a conversation was hadnnI have been a good low key rent paying tenant for almost a year now and would have liked to leave here on a better notennRents a decent price but if you care about your privacyrespect I wouldnt recommend living here more ... hide ...

Ive lived here with my mother and during that time everything was great The landlord was great and anytime we needed maintenance they got it done right away but things changed with the new one You have to wait for maintenance for a long time the desk receptionist at the office is very rude and you get charged for every little thing that needs to be done They 2017-12-26T15:22:00Z
