The Worst experience Ive had with an apartment building My previous lease was ending on July 1st so I toured this place a MONTH in advance and was very upfront about need an a June 27th move in day because I had a moving company hired That was the only day I was able to move They told me they had a unit coming available within two weeks I went through the whole application process was accepted with no problem and had an appointment to sign the lease I get a call the morning of my lease appointment from the office manager saying not to come in because I cant sign my lease that day With no explanation I called them and they said they were running a recertification process and I couldnt move in until it was done I reiterated my move date and wanted to make sure they would be done by then because it was a non negotiable date she said most likely I constantly called over the next couple weeks because it was nearing my move date and nobody was keeping me updated They just kept telling me the same thing that they werent ready and I had to rent a storage unit and live on my friends couch for a month About two weeks into July they still hadnt finished this process and GHOSTED ME They didnt answer any of my calls or return any of my messages I had to find a completely new apartment and hire the moving company again This place cost me an extra 700 dollars because of this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT more ... hide ...

I have lived here over 25 years and love the neighbors and the neighborhood diversity New management company is making a great difference They have worked to upgrade the property The units themselves are spacious at close to 1325 sq Feet I love living here
