I never even got the chance to apply to live here but thank god for that I called to inquire about availability and getting an application and was immediately met with an annoyed Hello I politely asked the questions I needed to and was told that my application would just be rejected right after submitting it because I needed supporting documents Really weird 2022-04-29T18:15:35Z
I never even got the chance to apply to live here but thank god for that I called to inquire about availability and getting an application and was immediately met with an annoyed Hello I politely asked the questions I needed to and was told that my application would just be rejected right after submitting it because I needed supporting documents Really weird way to word something and extremely offputting I was then asked why I couldnt just come in and grab the application to which I said I was relocating and states away therefore I couldnt be there in person She then asked me Do you have a job here or something and I said yes gave my email so they could send me additional info and then proceeded to NEVER get an email It would make sense though because the woman 1 sounds like she HATES her job and 2 she said she only checks the email once a week assuming she doesnt even bother responding to possible tenantsnnLong story short the person I spoke to was so incredibly bothered by the fact that I was calling that every appealing thing about this property went out the window I was spoken to like I was a burden and the attitude she had in every response literally made me just want to hang up This place is honestly beautiful but from my own experience and the reviews it sounds like management hates their lives and their jobs so they just project it onto the tenants and anyone looking to live here So many other beautiful properties in Milwaukee to look at before ever even considering this one more ... hide ...

The floors and walls are very thin The carpet is cheap in the living room The tenants on the 3rd floor are very disrespectful of the their neighbors below them There is no regard for ALL tenant safety When complaints are made management favors the tenants that have been there the longest

Moved Here In 2017 With My Parents And We Are Happy Here We Got A Patio Here My Dad Likes The Patio So He Can Put His Vegetable Plant Outside And I Like The Patio Here Because I Can Put Out My Flags Everyday With Places Like Pizza Hut McDonalds And Other Places Nearby I Highly Recommend
