I was a previous tenant at Majestic Loft where I resided since 2016 I can say residing there was a challenge especially being managed by the previous management company Gorman So much was taking place under them it was very sad November 1 2019 we received a day notice that we were getting a new management company named Wisconsin Management Company Dealing with Wisconsin Management was very difficult at first as well but they had a great maintenance team when it came to work orders Dean is who made sure everything was well taken care of June 2020 we were introduced to a new Property Management I was very skeptical especially after dealing with all the previous Managers and Assistant Managers at Majestic Lofts When it became time for my move I must say the new Property Manager Ms Shaneka Luster made sure I was VERY well taken care of She took out her time in her busy schedule to help me find a place since I had no help if it wasnt for her I wouldnt be in the place I am now She informed me every day not to worry and she had my back as well as many other tenants I must say she stood by her word she provided us with boxes and Wisconsin Management even helped with my move Even though my time has ended at Majestic Loft due to some changes I wanted Wisconsin Management and Shaneka to know that I appreciate everything they had done for me Shaneka deserves the most up respect when it comes to managing if I must say Tim you did an amazing job hiring such an amazing kind respectful VERY Professional and all about business property manager Shaneka I wish her and your company nothing but the best I already know as long as she is managing that place it will do some great things more ... hide ...

Awesomeness is what is I want to retire therenWhat I saw in the apt Was enough to make me breathless but so was the priceelderly people dont make this kinda incomenVery lovely but Realistically too expensive If they could do something with Lowering the rent it could truly be a keeperYou would like to live there without worrying about being put out later on 2017-12-17T22:08:27Z

When we moved in the apartment wasnt ready We werent told ahead of time and due to it being winter me being pregnant and us having a two year old we didnt have a choice but to make due We moved in and let maintenance men come in over the next two weeks to make adjustments There were problems throughout the lease The property manager was never availablennTowa 2020-02-14T04:57:24Z
When we moved in the apartment wasnt ready We werent told ahead of time and due to it being winter me being pregnant and us having a two year old we didnt have a choice but to make due We moved in and let maintenance men come in over the next two weeks to make adjustments There were problems throughout the lease The property manager was never availablennTowards the end our of lease repairs were made and the apartments were bought out by a larger company This mustve resulted in lost files because almost three years later we received a collection noticed for a past due balance I am now working with the collection agency to submit proof to make sure their sloppy mismanagement of paperwork doesnt result as a negative impact on my and my husbands credit reportnnThey nor their management company answered when I called or returned my voicemails Very irritated to have to waste time money and efforts on resolving something that should not be an issue Would not recommend to anyonennEdit This issue was resolved Jodi was great at following up and making sure the collection company closed the account that was opening in error Ive updated my rating The problems I had were with the previous owners and property manager more ... hide ...

My mother has been here for about a year She loves it People are so nice Staff is helpful and friendly
