Would give zero stars if possible We have been here 2 years been through 4 managers at least One was very helpful but she left due to corporate issues and them not taking care of stuff The current one has no experience and zero customer service skills They continue to allow a lady to live here who threatens children on a regular basis including with a gun Even though police reports have been filed They do nothing Since the Safer at Home has been in place nothing has been cleaned except the floors were mopped once Nothing has been wiped down no precautions taken The office is closed except for emergencies But nothing appears to be an emergency except them losing our 30 days move out notice I never got a new lease last year and they illegally run a credit report well beyond the permission time frame They raise prices outside of your lease agreement which is illegal in Wi per renters rights When you ask no one cares No one listens here The police told us when the building opened they were told if a tenant has 5 run ins with the police means an eviction He also told me the lady whos threatening kids has had over 20 Youre safety doesnt matter here more ... hide ...
